Just got back from a trip to Maui. Against all recommendations I ended up in near deserted parts of the island and got to do some exploring. There are some amazing lava caves, canyons, and shoreline. Now one of my favorite parts of the island. Call me a hermit, but there is something cool about only seeing 4 cars all day.

California coast can look a lot like Oregon sometimes.

I hadn’t been to Reno in years, but was surprised what a trashed/abandoned feel it had to it. I was super excited to get out of there.

Saw this guy riding his bike through traffic in downtown Reno. He was kind enough to stop and explain every tribe his family had been a part of and how they had transformed over the years.
