Copper Creek usually only gets enough water when it’s pouring rain…which only happens in the middle of winter…which means all there are usually no leaves on the trees…and can be a bit chilly…aka sometimes the road has too much snow to drive to the put-in…but yesterday was NOT that day.
75 degrees, sunny, a perfect amount of water, and a chance to go upstream 2 miles above where most folks can get into. Let’s just say Saturday was a good day.
