Life is a succession of moments. To live each one is to succeed.

No, not another tale of kayaking mishap. This story does start at the takeout of a river though. So you know when you are sitting around having a drink or two (hydration is important) and listening some music jamming on whatever car is nearby and the battery dies? Well if you have never jumped a car before it is quite a good time. Let’s start with the basics. Connect the red clips to the little (+) and the black to the (-) signs on opposing batteries. Well sometimes the draw (fancy word for electrical stuff flowing over the wiry things) makes the running car kinda lag a little. Well, a little trick is to get into the running car and rev the engine a little. So for you car savvy people out there, you can just hit the throttle under the hood and no one has to get into the car. Safety Warning: when you decide to rev the engine up, make sure that the person who was driving the car put it in park, and not just leave it in drive and put the parking break on enough to where the car will kinda sit there. For those of you who aren’t following along, this means that the car starts to run over you, other innocent bystanders, and maybe hit a car or two. Unless of course you go for the last ditch effort to push back. So yeah, I almost got run over. Fun times.
