Have kayak, will travel...hopefully
So I had the bright idea to try to bring my kayak to Hawaii to play in the waves. a) being that my surfing skills suck. b) my kayak is borderline old enough to belong in a museum. I keep getting “I used to love that boat back in the day…” I’m assuming they don’t mean last weekend.

I just bought new strings for my violin and also a harmonica. To me these are the most annoying sounding instruments in the world to learn to play. I am always impressed when I hear someone who can play them well. Mostly because I know the pain their ears have gone through to get to where they are.
